The HETR-4 and CELR-12 100 Day Risk Free Trial

In addition to our standard one year warranty, the HETR-4 and CELR-12 come with a 100 day risk free trial for domestic (U.S.) orders only. This offer is not available for international orders. We want you to love your new Tablesmith product, so if you don’t love cooking with the HETR-4 or CELR-12, you have 100 days from the date of delivery to return it, no questions asked!

How does the return work?

Your trial begins when your HETR-4 or CELR-12 is delivered. If you’d like to return your HETR-4 or CELR-12 within 100 days of delivery, email marshall@tablesmith.us to initiate the return process. We will send you a complimentary shipping label (valid for returns within the contiguous United States) to send the HETR-4  or CELR-12 back to us. Please reuse the original packaging to ship the return. Once we receive the package, your original form of payment will be refunded in full.

Which products are covered by this trial offer?

Any domestic (U.S.) order including a HETR-4 or CELR-12 is covered by this offer in full. This means any additional Tablesmith products included in your HETR-4 or CELR-12 order also qualify for this offer. However, any orders that don’t include a HETR-4 or CELR-12 do not qualify for this offer, and this offer is not available for international orders.
